I love telling my clients “Take the keys, the Home is yours!”  When this happens, I’ve negotiated a deal where everybody is happy with the final selling price.

My work isn’t done once the sale closes, though.

When you hire me, I will make sure the sale closes successfully, and that the transition is seamless.

I will handle all of the particulars involved in this entire process. If the offer comes with any conditions – for instance, if a passing grade for a home inspection on the property determines the fate of the sale – I will work with all parties involved to make sure that certain conditions are met.

As your real estate agent, I will be at your service right up to moving day, and even after that! I can refer you to attorneys, movers, and contractors I have worked with in the past. I will tell you what to anticipate in an easy-to-understand way right up until the time of closing. I will always provide you with preparation suggestions.
